Who we are and how to contact us

Bordex by JCPropGenius provides international real estate intelligence, AI-assisted analysis, tax estimators and subscription tools at bordex.nanocorp.app. For privacy, GDPR, UK GDPR, Moroccan privacy or Canadian privacy requests, contact privacy@jcpropgenius.com. This mailbox acts as the GDPR request channel and DPO contact for this service.

Data we collect

  • Account, lead and communication data: email address, language, source page, opt-in status and messages you send us.
  • Payment data: subscription status, checkout events, billing identifiers and receipts processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage data after opt-in: page views, clicks, session events, JavaScript errors, performance metrics and approximate device/browser information through PostHog/NanoCorp analytics.
  • AI tool inputs and outputs: prompts, property facts, calculator values, report requests and generated answers needed to provide the service and maintain abuse protections.
  • Security data: CSRF tokens, anti-abuse signals, IP-derived request metadata and logs needed to prevent spam, fraud, model abuse and service disruption.

Why we use data

  • To provide Bordex tools, reports, calculators, regulatory alerts and AI-assisted property analysis.
  • To manage subscriptions, payments, invoices, cancellation requests and customer support.
  • To send communications only when you explicitly opt in or when a message is necessary for the service you requested.
  • To measure product performance and improve the website when analytics consent is granted.
  • To secure the service, detect misuse, comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.

Cookies and local storage

Bordex stores cookie preferences in localStorage so the site can remember your choice without setting a non-essential cookie first.

  • Essential: security, language preference, checkout continuity, lead-gate state and consent storage. These are always on because the site cannot operate safely without them.
  • Analytics: PostHog/NanoCorp analytics for page views, clicks, errors and Core Web Vitals. These load only after explicit opt-in consent.
  • Marketing: advertising pixels or campaign measurement. These are off by default and load only if you opt in. No marketing pixels are currently required for basic site use.
  • You can withdraw or change consent at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Third-party processors

  • Stripe processes checkout, subscriptions, invoices, fraud checks and payment-related records.
  • PostHog/NanoCorp processes analytics events only when analytics consent is enabled.
  • Anthropic or another AI provider may process AI prompts and generated responses to provide assistant, report and comparison features.
  • Vercel hosts the application and may process server logs and deployment/runtime telemetry.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile or equivalent anti-abuse tools may process security challenges when forms require additional protection.

Retention

  • Lead and communication records are kept until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or they are no longer needed for the purpose collected.
  • Subscription and payment records are retained for tax, accounting, chargeback and legal compliance periods.
  • Analytics events are retained only while needed for product analysis and are subject to the analytics provider’s retention controls.
  • AI prompts and generated reports may be kept to provide support, security review and product continuity, unless deletion is required by law and technically possible.
  • Security logs are kept for a limited period needed to investigate abuse, fraud, reliability incidents or legal claims.

Your rights

  • Access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: request deletion where retention is not legally required.
  • Portability: request a portable copy of data you provided to us.
  • Restriction or objection: ask us to limit certain processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Consent withdrawal: change analytics/marketing consent through Cookie Settings and unsubscribe from communications at any time.
